Choosing a transducer

Thought I’d share what I came across when searching transducers for my own setup.
I did a search on Ausfish and I didn’t get a result so maybe it’s not been discussed previously?
It’s a phone app called “iNstall” by Gameco/Airmar available on both phone platforms.
It provides transducer specs and brochures, useful details about the range available, depth cone area tool, cable mix and match availability (with pictures of the plugs)
Lots of stuff like that anyway I thought it was alright.


Saltwater fishing, boat mad but has a job that gets in the way.
