One of my shimano tld's had an issue recently and after some searching I found a few old posts referring to Pete Charles who has a home operated business - Reel Service Australia.

He had a look at my reel while I waited and had it fixed within half an hour. Fantastic service! He also took the time to explain ways that I can keep my reels in good working condition prior to any required servicing.
