Tips for Flame snapper off Caloundra

Gday guys, after trying for the bar cod in 210m and getting a few nice fish I am keen now to try to get a Flame snapper. What sort of depth should I be starting to look for them? I get the cod on a very flat bottom with basically no structure, am I expecting to see structure when chasing the Flame snapper? I have watched some YouTube clips and it seems Pearlies and normal snapper are a bycatch, does that seem realistic up here or is that further south?
I am keen to have a crack next Tuesday if the weather is reasonable.
