Inskip Point shore fishing

I've taken the family to Inskip for the day out - " beach" for them "fishing" for me. I have not caught anything sizeable yet despite diving lures and poppers as well as bait. Being new to the area, I wonder if there would be some spots that would produce fish? I wouldn't be so cheeky though asking for the "secret spots"....

you could try walking the banks next to the bullock pt boat ramp. Park and walk through the trees Ive caught some nice flathead there on plastics and also the odd grunter and moses perch
