Hey folks, I've got a 3 hour window tomorrow morning for a quick fish to put on a meal tomorrow night.
I'm heading over to the Rous area for reference. I normally fish fisherman's gutter but havent done that well lately.
Any heads up on where the winteries are would be amazing.

Bermo a mate got 2 in rouse today over 3hrs...haha..he reckons dead as.. im going tmrw too so hope I do better than him or he will give me heaps for calling him a useless prick.

Try for summeries, Diver Whiting going in hiding.
junction of rous and small boaties passage.small pieces of prawn for bait.got 85 Saturday left them biting..good fish 25-28cm.used patanoster rig.1st hook bout 8-10cm up from sinker 2nd hook bout 8-10cm from first hook.4 ball sinker

We ended up pretty much where you recommended.
Got 20 real nice whiting in 45 minutes and then chased some bigger fish on movies.
No success due to big currents and cross winds making drifting difficult. Frustrating part was seeing good jewies on the sounder but not getting the bait to them properly.
