Just arrived at 1770

Finally arrived today at 1770, this is my first visit here, been meaning to come up here for ages, staying for a week here with the missus, only bites I have got so far are from the mozzies and the sandflies. Will only be doing a spot of land based fishing as the boat is permanently out of action due to a faulty motor. It seems like a nice place from what I have seen so far, as by the time we set up the tent it was about 6:00pm. Will have to go for a swim in the morning before I grab the rods.

They are predicting some strong winds and a bit of rain in the next few days so hopefully it will blow over soon. Nothing worse than sitting in a hot tent with it drizzling outside. Anybody else up here on holidays?
