This unit is for sale as I have its brother (the Garmin 75dv) fitted in my boat with a thru hull transducer fitted, which does not support the SideVu technology.

I was considering using it as a stand alone GPS and possibly attaching transducer to transom later (which I really am not keen about), but have now changed my mind, so it is now up for sale.

I have done a little internet searching and have found that this unit is selling for anywhere between $1200 and $1600 depending where you look and where you shop.

I have offered this unit for sale on other sites (NOT EBAY), so first in will be successful.

Garmin echoMAP 75sv fishfinder/GPS map combination with 7 inch high contrast colour display and built-in DownVu and SideVu scanning sonar. Pre-loaded with Australia and New Zealand BlueCharts.
The Garmin echoMAP 75sv is a full function fishfinder and GPS featuring built-in DownVu and SideVu scanning sonar producing the clearest images available. The large 7 inch high contrast colour display with automatic backlight adjustment and keypad control is designed for intuitive and easy operation in any weather condition.
Garmin DownVu scanning sonar provides nearly photographic imagery of what passes below the boat. Garmin SideVu scanning sonar generates a crisp, clear view of what lies up to 225 metres off to each side of the boat. These features allow a clear view of structures, submerged objects and fish. Traditional Garmin HD-ID sonar and both DownVu and SideVu scanning sonar are combined into one transducer. Additionally, the unit also supports Minn Kota and MotorGuide trolling motors with integrated transducers.
The echoMAP 75sv includes a sonar recording capability that coordinates the timing of the sonar return with the boat's position and saves digital information for playback on a computer using free HomePort planning software. The User Data Sharing Cable is used to share waypoints and routes between multiple devices.
The echoMAP75sv is supplied with one transducer for 77/200 kHz HD-ID sonar while providing Garmin DownVu and SideVu.
The fast, responsive 5 Hz GPS/GLONASS refreshes your position and heading five times each second to make movement on the screen more fluid while the supplied pre-loaded Australia and New Zealand BlueCharts are a great aid to navigation. Allows up to 5,000 accurate waypoints to aid in finding the way back to fishing hot spots quickly and easily.
A single microSD card slot provides expandable memory for accessory map purchases such as BlueChart g2 Vision. This charting system provides exclusive Garmin Auto Guidance that directs the vessel right to favourite hot spots by instantly creating an on-screen path based on the boat?s specifications that can be followed to avoid shallow water and other charted obstructions.
Supplied complete with transom and trolling motor mount.
