HI, Taking my sons (11 and 9) fishing this weekend down to jervis bay and i was wondering whats on at the moment. I have a Southwind half cabin so i was going to play arond in the bay (middle ground etc). Any advice would be appreciated. I was planning on using bait/berly trail, and also play around with a few octa jigs/soft plastics. No really concerned on what type of fish (although some snapper would be nice), just get a bit of action for the boys to keep them entertained. any suggestion, spots,

Hi all, I wanted to let every one know that seaquest performance at the end of duffield road is the service centre for all your Mercury and Mercruiser needs,we also service other brands to help out anyone who needs service work done.Seaquest performance has specialised in high performance ski race, offshore and F1 powerboats for some time and with the demise of cunninghams marine has taken over the Mercury dealership for the average fisherman as well. Service costs will be fairer and in most cases
I have a v17l Haines that I am thinking of putting a full hull extension pod on! just wondering what you guys think of this? Is it going to preform better with the extra water line length? The boat currently has a Suzuki 140hp 4stroke so I don't think power will be a problem.
hey, i am in the procese of stripping my v17 bare, i was just after a few ideas from other people. i am thinking of converting it to an open deck with a raised self draining deck. with around 60hp tiller 2 stroke. also raising the sides. also if you have any ideas for accessories i.e. esky under floor fuel tank and storage compartments.
just wondering about bulking up the original hull by adding about 2mm of layed fiberglass.
thanks guys im just looking for ideas
