dunno webby, looks fine if the braid is similar thickness as the mono, but dont like your chances with anything over 50lb mono. Cant see you getting the mono down tight with all those throws in it.
Another prob is that both tags are required for the knot to hold and both tags take off at 90 deg to the mainline. A couple of times thru the runners at full pelt will test it.
Stick to the albright or slim beauty.
Cheers

This one works for me . Comes courtesy of John Softly and Fishingmonthly a few years ago . Have had no failures at knot with good knot pull downs . Occasionally you will get a bad tie but you can tell as you pull it down if it a bad tie. Pulls thru runners no worries . I use it for all the mono shock leaders on my braid lines .

I believe the picture above is the improved albright knot.
Exactly what We've been using on all braid->mono leaders, from 4lb braid to 8lb leader (doubled braid with bimini) for bream, to 50lb braid to 80lb mono for deep-jigging plastics offshore. If you tie it neat and tighten it properly it will never fail, and it's incredibly strong. It hardly wears or catches when going through the guides despite 12 hour casting sessions (tried and tested at Awonga Dam with plenty of fish caught on the same knot). My mate Darren had the Tony Jones leader knot wear out during one Awonga trip consequently losing a nice Barra (and lure!) after which he too changed to the improved albright.
Learn this knot ..... it works!!!

I recon it will hold great, but might be bulky.
The albright shown is what I mainly use, or close to it. I dont wrap back down prefering to go straight back through the loop.
Have seen a problem using it with very dis-similar line diamaters eg heavy mono leader to thin braid. Hard to get it to invert properly & bed in. Can slip when trying to pull up tight. A good knot once mastered & can be done in the dark.
