Fishing Vests for kayak anglers

Hi,
For kayak and small craft anglers - who actually uses a fishing vest and what do you carry.

My thoughts were;
Sunscreen
hydration bladder with 3 liters of water
Sunnies
Insect repelant
2 or 3 small tackle boxes (for rigs, minows and plastics)
Bait jig
EPIRB
Light sticks
Mini binos
Strobe
Small Torch (princeton tec blast that can double as a headtorch by clipping onto a baseball cap)
Camera
Pliers
Snacks
