Hi Team!

I have heard that you can buy rods with ball bearing runners - anyone heard of this?

If so, recommended type for snapper on PPB with TLD15 overhead?

A fully rollered rod? Not exactly a breaking news event.

For snapper, I wouldn't use a 15kg+ rod, Id be looking at something around the 6 - 10kg class, and I doubt you'd find a stick in that line class with full rollers - just not needed. They help reduce line wear on scorching runs from big big game fish like marlin etc.

Something like this is what you would be after if you want to chase snapper......http://www.##################.com/store/product.asp?ID=1820

And personally I would run 20-25lb mono on your reel, depending on how deep you are fishing (up to 30m). Any deeper and you would want to consider braid around 50lb.

Way cool rods..

You guys know how to spend money.... 8-)

Would these rods suit the TLD 15 Shimanos?

Indeed it would.

If you want something a little more budget, but not an el cheapo, then maybe something along this line:
