howdy all

fished out of bribie today with george, aka team mongo, had a late start and left spinnaker at 1000.headed out to the channel to one of my tuna spots for some trolling.
we arrived to find col from fisher boats out with his boys for the day, they had just landed a nice LT so things looked promising.but that turned out to be the only tuna we would see landed today, except of course the other one they nailed about 20 min later ::) ::) ???.

we then came back in between the lagoons where we did sight some tuna,,,,2 i think ::)they were very quiet, and dispite our best efforts we came home without turning a ratchet, anyway i had a top time out and it was good to catch up with george again and go for a ride in the mongo mobile.

heres a pick of jaret and jai with their 2 LTS,After this picture was taken both boys went to hospital to have their hernia's repaired

cheers scott

Scott,

The moral of the story is plate Fisher boat catch fish.

Pressed Quinnies don't catch tuna. Blue Marlin are another story though ;D.

We pretty much had the bay to ourselves on Sunday.

Hope you're back in your plate boat soon.
