Any tailor around at the moment? was thinking of chucking a fly at some!!!!

No but i know some nice counrty that is producing plenty of
fly eatin lizards and the odd trevor.

was out at mud on sat arvo/evening(bit rough)
caught some nice squire and then 2hr after tide changed
the tailor came thru and medium choppers , but there were
a few around and the birds were working overtime,
north east corner near the rock wall.

Why would anyone eat tailor? ??? ???Yeah they are fun to catch, but are right up there with grinners and butter bream for table quality !YUKKKK :(

butter bream are ok chewin dont ask but i have eaten them before.......

Nothing at all wrong with tailor if they are bled and iced immediately, then eaten fresh.

Tailor are bloody beautiful fresh!!! Cooked over the campfire in alfoil with lemon, tomato onion and a bit of soy sauce. CAnt beat it.

Hey Jugs, dont know what you are missing, if you dont eat fresh Tailor, bloddy nice when eaten fresh, cooked in egg and breadcrumbs. When did you last try them.

Last tried them in winter. Caught, bled and in the pan within an hour, still tasted like crap and stunk the place out whilst cooking!!! Bad memories of taylor from childhood. Even the dog turns her nose up at them!!

Yep, put on as many condiments as possible, then maybe you cant tell it is taylor!!
