whiting down the logan

headed down the logan river at about 5 am pumped some yabbies, then hitted my fav whiting bank and got a nice feed of really good size fish and was back home by 8 , got one 40 cm , thats my 10 th over 40 ;D ;D

You got some great sized ones in amongst them. Do you fillet them or just do them whole in the oven? I like whiting for their ease of preparation. Easy to get boneless fillets off them.

Mate wish I could catch whiting like that up here in NQ barra get em befoe they get that big and the pros get the barra so I lose both ways, well done greta catch

Nice Whiting their [smiley=thumbup.gif] and must be stoke getting another on over 40cms
