What sort of dollars do you want to spend?

I recomend a mid sized 4x4 wagon if your wife will be driving it.
The big wagons can be a bit much for the ladies to handle and are harder to park and to lift the bub into the middle of the back etc.

A bit of an alternate opinion to Reel Hard.

The ladies seem to like all that car around them & sitting up high. Also & I found this myself, that putting a bub in the middle of a 4x4 if a damn lot easier on your back, rather than crouching down to slip them in a sedan.

Now, if your interested, I just might have a late model Jackaroo for sale ;)

Heath with all due respect-last time I looked a Jackaroo was a mid sized 4X4 wagon. That is what I was meaning.
Unlike the Patrols and Cruisers which is what I consider the big wagons.
Smithy I would recomend a Jeep Cherokee in a diesel, the petrols have a drinking problem.

I would say a MWB Jeep Cherokee sport is what she'll be after. My missus drives one and she finds it the best thing, in terms of getting the kid in and out of the car.

Having the extra height she finds the car easier to drive than a sedan and with a diesel, it chews up a lot less than the petrol.

Where abouts are you? I'm actually thinking of selling the car (just bought a 4.2D Patrol to go bush bashing) so the jeep is a bit redundant.

Bugger,

Being in sandgrouper country... it'll be a long drive

but you can't go wrong with one of these.

Smithy,
# # # # #Dont listen to their tainted remarks go and pick up a tidy 80 series. A far superior decision in the long run. Just my thoughts. Landcruisers are No 1 for a lot of reasons.
