Hi Guys,

I am looking to buy a twin cab ute in the very near future, price somewhere around $18K. Don't need to get a 4x4 as I already have a Pajero to tow my boat

Firstly are there any pro's and cons with these vehicles?

4cyl or V6 what do you think. I don't need hp

I know the Toyo's hold there value but is there more value in a 18k mitzy compared to an 18k toyo. Gonna kep the vehicle for a fair while.

May even concider other Brands.

Does anyone know how these vehicles go on GAS

thanks in advance

Garry

Being a Nissan man this should hold more weight than a Toyota man, get the hilux. IMO the triton is an awful vehicle. Terrible turning circle, poor suspension, bad ergonomics etc etc.
PS the Navara is pretty good these days :)
Cheers, Mark.

One of the guys at work has just bought the 4x2 hilux and had gas fitted to it . It costs $60 to fill up with petrol and only $24 to fill up with gas and said he only has a loss of forty Kms using gas and said there is not much of a power difference either. It did cost $2500 to add gas but doesn't take long to make it back up.
