Did anyone cross South Passage Bar 2 day

Planning to go offshore 2 morrow. Reports are that a bit of swell is running. Any first hand info on the SP bar, north channel. would be much appreciated.

have not been across today but take care as the swell is not overlly big but has a lot of east in it so if unsure tag along with someone for safety.heading out fro now barmooloola. take care safe fishing foockchucker. ::)

Thanks. I am aware of the impact of the easterly. Thats why I am showing caution. Have checked all the sites and coastal watch has the swell at about 3 feet. Hopefully someone has some info from today. If in doubt I will go arond the Cape. Hope you have a good day. Take care
