hey guys went out from pumistone passage on tuesday and wednesday. tuesday was supposed to be 5-10knots got out there and it was blowin a solid 15knots still got to our spot jus past the yellow beacon and the whiting were on the chew. the next 2 hours sore about 30 whiting come aboard then things went quiet, we decided to put out a live whiting to see if there are any flathead around managed 2 nice ones and then got hammered by somehtin a bit bigger. 5 mins later a nice mackeral comes aboarb measurin 101cm's and soon after another one come aboard but this one was only 70cms.
wednesday mornin saw the water nearly glassed out so we headed out a bit further. got spooled by wat is thought to be a big mackeral but still managed about 56 whitings and some nice flathead. the weather picked up around midday so we made our way back with smiles on our faces.
