WIDE CALOUNDRA

G'day all,

Chris and I headed out to wide caloundra friday afternoon to do an overnighter to fish sun down and then sun up saturday morning.

Got out there by around 4.00 oclock and waited for the sun to drop for hopefully things to hot up but didn't really happen. We managed a fairly good feed by 8.00 oclock saturday but really had to work for what we ended up with as the bite was very slow with only the odd keeper coming now and then.

But hey sure beats work and there's plenty more days off to come

Mate we where out there yesturday to and found the pearlies where good and of a decent size. But it seems to be a hard area to find anything else 8-)

the fishing was a little slower for us too than expected but we still managed a good haul

That seemed to be the case for the weekend. Slow bites and work hard to get a feed together, which you certainly did. Some good eating in that lot.
