Trip report Bowen

Had a great trip to Bowen over the long weekend. Fished Holbourne Island and nine mile shoal. We caught our bag limit of large mouth and several trout and sweetlip and let go a heap of trevally and large cod.
Also caught a few greys and spotty's inshore trolling spoons.

Heard a few people got into them out the shoals. Never done to well fishing at Holbourne Island speared it plenty andnever see much. Though I know the shoals nearby are pretty good. Shouldnt be llong now before the mackies start
