Headed out last Sunday morning with the father inlaw and my son Ryan to look for some Largemouth. Arrived at out destination about 7:30 am. We started with a slow drift over the rubble in about 65mtrs of water, within five minutes the fish started to bite and Ryan and Ernie were soon feeling the effects of pulling an assortment of large mouth and spangled emperor to the boat. After a couple of hour and a few drifts over the same area the esky was full and everyone was worn out so we left them biting their heads off and headed for home. Stopped at a huge bait school on the way back and lobbed a big popper in, a rather large Spaniard grabbed it unfortunately one of his mates took a liking to the leader knot and bit him off. Made one more stop for a swim then cruised on home in perfect conditions felt good to be back out on the water with a few fish in the esky after so much crappy weather. #Andrew
