Jigging off moerton bay. WHERE.

New to jigging at moerton and have no idea where to start.Could someone point me in the direction.

I'm only new to the jigging scene as well. We have jigged at Hutchies just north of Moreton with fair sucess, and I think deep tempest may be worth a go?

are you talking slugs or big knife jigs for reef fish ?

I'm new to it as well, but I've been told to hunt around looking for bait schools wide of the cape and wide of Hutchies etc. Everyone who has done well has found them in 150m of water or more. I haven't had any success out that far - all my fish have been caught in 45-60m.

It might be worth a look along the ledge near smiths rock?
