Hi all, I've been viewing this site for a while but only just joined, I do a fair bit of fishing outside from mooloolba and now live brissy, keen to catch up with other guys/boats for trip to banks, murhys etc or places out from redcliffe/bribie. have 5.6 plate boat (new) after updating from 5m pressed tinnie...clee

Welcome to the site, it is an adiction worth keeping! Iam northside Brissy often fishing the areas you state and have a 5.3 Polycraft (yep I once had a 5m pressed ally as well). Looking forward to a few trips to the banks in the near future, maybe see ya around hey.

hey clee im at margate we often go out from scarb to wide coloundra if ya wanna do a trip we r going to banks as soon as wind is right we will do a niter if u wanna come i got 8-9mtr plate never measured lol

hey lucyloo, sounds great! I've never headed to wide cal or banks from scarby - allways mooloolaba so I dont know my way out of the bay yet, would be happy to join you though. Not sure how I would keep up to a 8-9m in a 5.6 but can I'll work that out. How far is it and how long does it take from scarby to wide cal?

clee wana go banks thursdy morning early post t mrrow will look scarb to wide takes 1half hrs wen little choppy best time ever done 1 hr 10 mins thats humin tho 65 kms hr but usually sit on 40 kms hr there abouts
