All,

A quick repeort. Headed out of Noosa yesterday for our company's fishing trip. Fished with Offshore Fishing Noosa aboard MV Trekka I & II. We ended up heading towards Double Island point having been greeted by great conditions in the morning. :)
Got a mixed bag of Snapper, Pearl Perch, Tusk fish, Scarlet Pearch, Murwong, a couple of yellow fin tuna and a few Red Emporer. Everyone took home about 7 fish each with the catch of the day a 13kg Red Emporer on the last drop of the day #:o
A great day on the water and even better when the boss pays #;D
Would have to be the most successful charter i've been on in SEQ. ;)
Damo.
PS: will try and get a pic of the Red !

Great fish. Went out on trekka two weeks before you and had trouble getting the bait past the yakkas and sharks. the crew tried hard to find us fish and moved to quite a few locations. even put floaters out so that we could get amongst the mackeral. in the end we all went home with either cleaned whole fish or mackeral fillets. Have to agree with you they are very professional and definitely the best charter i have ever been on. (and no i don't work for them. just credit where credit is due)
