Hutchies flinders

Headed out in fishhunters boat (6m polycraft) today got to spot x out of hutchies found some awesome shows on the sounder. Decided to do a drift had some really good hits and got a lot of little stuff, we managed to get some snapper and sweetlip. We then headed closer to huthies and dropped anchor the big hits started, up came a yellow tail king fish, squire, sweetlip and trevally, the trevally and kingfish fight well at 100 ft. We ended the day at about 3:00pm and headed home we ended up with a fairly mixed bag. All day being lucky enough to see whales breaching all around, we come within 20m of a whale at full knots scary. All in all a good day, sorry no photos bar whats on the phone.

Gday fellas if the we didin't have to work we would've stayed out all night. Scoota were you out there yesterday mate if so what boat and Rhys the variety was great me mate (fishhunter) had a good time pulling his kingfish up from the deep ;).
