Hi Guys,

Just returned for our annual fish fest to North West Island.

Will put up a full comprehensive report in the next day or two as I have to sift through a mountain of pics beforehand.

Caught plenty of red Emp's and trout.
Spanish Mackerel were thick as flees on a dog. We caught 16 one afternoon and left them chewing.

Anyhow he are a few pics to wet your appetite, plenty more to come.

Cheers
Craigie.

Spangled Emp's came in a variety of sizes.

hey indy...last time we went the mutten birds were still thick but the mice apparently werent as bad as previous trips...however they had been repleced by xos sized centepedes.....looks like a good trip craigie....i wouldnt mind picking your brains about your set up and some of the logistics that go into your trip as we have ususally taken small tinnies that can be lifted off and on the barge but it looks like you had a few larger boats??

Ymer is on the hard. #Starboard motor rebuild, propscan and a heap of fibreglass upgrades like battery supports for the house batteries etc. is what Brooksys was getting at. Props are back and he should get the motor in this weekend and on the water next weekend.

Well Craig #I knocked you back on this trip but I hope my Cooktown trip makes up for it! #Well done. #Looks like you must have had a few little weather windows during your stay.
