Headed out saturday morning with the "sempre Fishing" crew.We decided on a trip off noosa, for a change of scenery and to escape the parking lot that has become the northern barwons/hards region.
Headed out through the bar which was shallow at some stages, and would be fun with a big swell at low tide.We travelled 3 hours out with calm conditions all the way.
We fished an area that was deep we had no current and no boats in sight except for the passing ships and the odd whale.
We fished until about 8pm only moving on the one occasion,we had a feed and hit the sack as we were buggered woke up at 4am and headed back for the noosa bar for the high tide.
Pulled up at the boat ramp at 7am ,went to get the car and was stopped by an SES bloke telling me we couldnt move the car until 10am due to the noosa marathon and the roads being closed. So we sat at the ramp and had a few beers and cleaned the fish.
Anyway pictures tell the story of the fishing snapper to 8kg and pearlies to 4kg with reds, parrot and others.
Cheers Michael :) :)
