Bream lure fishing around sydney?

Anyone know a good spot for bream spinning (not from a boat)?

We used to try the upper reaches of bantry bay and rosevile bridge in upper Middle harbour which is connected to the main Sydney harbour.
To get there motor under the spit bridge and keep to your right up water way.
Try throwing lures at a high tide in early morning along the mangroves in upper reaches
No promises it is syd harbour!
