Moving to Perth WA..whats the fishing like?

Planning a move to WA in the next couple of months. Love to know what the fishing is like on the beaches and in the rivers ie Swan River.

Love to link up with some Perth anglers.

Also would like any info regarding accommodation in the Perth area...pref near the coast

Would really appreciate some feedback.
