Barbless Hooks

Pliers crush the barbs so they come outta ya thumb and outta the fish but not outta ya clothes LOL

I use pliers and make sure that they are right down so that they don't get stuck in hand when getting out

just curious but can you buy barbless hooks?hard to imagine hooks without barbs. i imagine they look kind of funny. :)

Sniper here. Yes you can buy barbless hooks but are not a common site in the tackle shops. Price I imagine would be higher to due to the so called lack of demand. Cheaper to de-barb your own.
