A short but interesting read. Gemfish is but one. Try orange roughy and patagonian toothfish. More to come unless we start to get serious.

Sort of makes you wonder when researchers have the facts and figures and the governments still turn their back..I tried a few of the quizes and got quite a few wrong :-[ but interesting learning site..I found a link about a fish that is harvested in south east asia that is on the brink..it only grows to 25 mm and an average of 30,000 to 16 ozs..must be like white bait..but they are transparent with really big eyes...mmm
