Fishing Licences

Hi all,how are we today?I come from sleepy old Adelaide,not the most exciting place to fish without having to drive for a couple of hours anyway!Here in S.A. we don't require a licence to fish recreationally yet,but probably not far away.How has needing a licence impacted on you personally?Do people "cheat" and not get one?Are Fisheries Officers onto this and fining or just warning?Being a responsible fisher it does'nt bother me one way or another,but for 20bucks a year,why do people risk the "consequences"?Interested to hear your views.
