VIRUS Alert

Please check your virus scanners as i have received two viruses from persons on this site. I have emailed both these and advised them of this. The virus / worm is call worm/Khez.H or close to that.

My VB software picked up a similar virus a few days ago but stopped it. I am not sure where it came from.

If you check the virus alert that was posted by fitzy u will find if you uncheck your email address it wont happen again hopefully
To stop people sending you a worm virus from web pages from the chat boards that may be in their cache, do the following.

Go into your "Profile" and click on the box next to "Hide Email from public?"

This gets rid of the problem of having your E-mail address in peoples cache and will also stop anyone from grabbing your E-mail address to send you SPAM.

I know that Jaybee, i guess i did not explain myself that well. I got a virus sent from person/s whom i have in my address book.

My post was only a warning to all to check your virus scanners and make sure you never received the virus / worm.

My scanners picked it up and crashed and burnt it so i was fine.
