;D I really need to know whens the best time to wet a line in a river?.. incoming tide from low or outgoing?

can anybody give me a bit of an Idea, as I would like to wet a line today.

http://www.ausfish.com.au/chat/images/smilies/cwm9.gif G'Day Joshua...I find the best times to be a couple of hours either side of the high....The reason being the current is not so strong and you can get away with only using a small sinker...bream are easier to catch with the smallest amount of wieght on the line as they will drop a bait the moment they feel the tention on the line!!...Hope this helps you bag a few fish today mate.
