Good to see >:( unfortunately the penalties, in my opinion are not harsh enough. Particularly for a repeat offender.

Great to see ................. but a KNOWN offender [img] [img]and gets off so lightly .............. i wonder HOW much it cost the tax payer to get this offender, i wonder if all costs were landed on this bloke and a good jail term may slow him up a tad.

Recoup the cost please :)

Give no quarter, you get caught you loose the lot, licence permanently, boat, gear, etc....
