Well I think it was called soccer !!

But these days it looks more like prancing prima donnas especially when they do something special like scoring a goal.

I'll see tonight's game when my son gets home. I taped it or him and so I couldn't spill any beans & spoil his fun I didn't watch it.

Been a few parties in our street !!!

:)Sorry Guys missed the game!

;DBecause I was fishing :o

;)I sort of gathered the out come might be like that, so I buggered off to the other watering hole.

>:(Anoyed to find our recently made boat ramp(P/HWY COMMERA) allready trashed/littered by the thoughtless :-[SO AND SO's, also on numerous occasions! as well I must admit ??? didn't take long!

:-/One of the reasons I have not mentioned the new ramp (on-line) was because of this exact thing.

:'(I've collected three garbage bags worth, since it's been built and it's not even officially been opened yet

:DJust cheesed off'd

:)Go queenslanders round two! Cheers Lyndo

G'day Lads.
Fitzy, national game? ???
Rugby was invented somewhere else wasn't it? ;D ;)

Luc, don't let these blokes confuse you.AUSTRALIAN rules football is the national game over here. ;D 8)
check out www.afl.com.au for info on the sport that was invented here. There's a fair bit more skill involved in this game than the other one where you just tuck it under your arm and run in a straight line until someone gets in your way - then you stop. ;D ;D ;)

Seriously though - pity it was so one-sided and they didn't show it here in Vic until 10:30!!! >:(

Cheers, Slates

;DTypical Vick reply.
If you dont wear short short shorts and short short Jerseys
and play with a ball the size Elephants would be embarrased
to have. Maybe its the weather down there that makes
everthing so small. ;D
Anyway we played like a school of Mullet. But next time it'll
be a school of Mangrove Jacks. :-X :-X
UP the Bombers ;)

Listening to MMM Brisbane Radio this morning, They had Gary Belcher talking about the game. He mentioned about one lone kid, dressed all in Broncos gear, that managed to get past the security to the Qld Locker room. Being the only one they let him in & he went straight over to Gordon Tallis to get his ball signed.
Big Gordie asked him how he got in & the kid said excitedly "my dad is Bill Harrigan!".
Gordie asked him "how do you thing your dad went tonight?"

The lad replied "he had a shocker". [hr]

True story apparently. ;D ;D ;D

GO THE ROACHES
Hi Reddog, long time no see/talk. BF has been wonderin where you've been. # ???
You lot who want to come up here to the lucky land should have to sign a oath of allegiance before you are allowed to cross the border. That might slow the tide of mexicans moving north a bit. #:P We could park the Tampa in the Tweed River to pick yas all up on the way.
Maybe it was for the better that you went back "down there" being a Cockie supporter & a water skier (two very unpopular things up here). Do you happen to own a jet ski by any chance? #;)

C Ya Reddog.

Fitzy..

BTW- Hows the job front going for you?
