Hi I am thinking of going to Borumba Dam over the June / July school holidays and looking for someone (from The Caboolture area ) to come with me anyone interested please message me.
I have been there before and had a good time .

Sorry Harry, I ain't going, but, I used to go there a lot to Ski. But I believe the dam is very low at the moment. Might pay to check the water levels and see if it's still worth going !

Give Rick at the Borumba Deer Park a call on 5484 5196. He'll be able to let you know what the water levels and the fishing are like.

I can also recommend the Deer Park as a great place to stay.

Well I have just been to Lake Borumba Dam .
The water is lower but still plenty and I caught 4 silver Perch 2 Aust Bass And seen alot of Cat Fish or Dew caught,
I reconmend The Camp area at the Dam with good Amenities ,at just $7.50 per night for up to 6 persons in one tent.
Dry cat food in the Shrimp trap works best.
I also tryed Fish frams, Peel Patato,not as good .
We had a nice few days
And I am still looking for some one In the Caboolture area to come with me over the June July School Holidays
