New chat room

Does one have to have msn running or be registered with it to chat. when I first log on I can see the threeds my first comment then nothing ??? ??? ???

msn has a few vulnerbilities even with norton. The latest report is microsoft is working on it..but as soon as they fix it someone finds another hole in it :-[

but jaybee here is something to ponder, msn doesn't require you to be a hotmail user.

I use yahoo for one on one plus u can set up a conference chat and i found a new chat programme called devil last nite looks okay
