Hey guys, here is a recipe for jalapeno hushpuppies that we were talking about in an earlier message. These things go great with deep fried fish since you can cook them in the same grease. Anyway, aren't ya'll glad that the internet gives all of us big, badass anglers a chance to swap recipes. Give these babies a try.

2 cups cornmeal
1 cup of flour
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/4-1/2 cup jalapeno peppers (diced)
1 can cream style corn
1 small onion (diced)
just a pinch of baking soda
milk

mix all ingredients except milk. add milk until mixture is consistency of cornbread batter. scoop a portion of batter onto a spoon and use thumb to push portion into hot grease (350 degrees). fry until golden brown. you will have to play around with the amount of peppers to suit your taste. I personally like them so hot that you can't stop eating them (coz thats when they really start burning). Enjoy 'em ya'll and let me know if ya'll have any questions about the recipe.
