Does anyone know of any sites that have updated reports on bar conditions?

By the looks of it you want to know what the bar is like at Ballina.Well can't help you there, but I would like to know where I can find what the bar is like here at South Passage out of Moreton Bay.Is there a site that gives this information like on a Friday night instead of mid morning Saturday.

Bazz, check the waveriders, surf report tides etc, makes it very accurate, my findings were tomorrow aint a good day for it.
