Gold Award Found. Looking for owner

Found- solid gold award metal from the Highlands Anglers Club (service award dated 1931) Found on a beach in the U.S. #I am not looking for a reward. #I simply want to return it to the owner or relative. #In searching the internet, the only Club I can find close to Highlands Anglers Club is in your assoc., but yours is called Central Highlands Anglers Club. I have no idea if I am even close to finding the owner via your Assoc, but I want to try. #Any historians or "Old Timers" out there that might of heard or know of the Highlands Anglers Club?
