soft plastics

I'm about to go away for a week fishing in Pumistone Passage & would like some idea on using soft plastics. Targets would be flathead & bream. Never used them b4 but would luv to give them a try. Any suggestions?

yep try size 3 squidgies in pink, use line about 3 kilo and wind them back slow with rod twitches, caught a few good flatty with them.cheers
