Well..look on the positive side..he got a bit on the side...AND...she obviously has given him the boat. She could have been really nasty and kept the boat and told him to take her to court for it. Beside, I think it is better for him to be out of there..she is obviously not a tidy person...look how she leaves clothing scattered all over the front yard.
