most of the time it is commercial boats that take most fish...but the odd angler or two takes may b one or two fish home..so we have to buy fishing license but do the commercial boats that take fish..do they have licenses or is it just the anglers that are paying 4 this if that yet they penalize us

Tails, all commercial operators in australia, have to have a license, a license varies from the size of the boat to the type of fishing carried out, as to what it actually costs them to be able to catch and sell. Qld amatuer saltwater you do not require a license, although in NSW you do. hope this helps, was a bit hard interpeting your question.
