In order to simplify the new regulations - I'm putting together a list of species commonly caught in Moreton Bay and offshore waters.
I don't want that once in a lifetime catch - I want a list of species you'd encounter at least once a year.

I'll start:
Snapper
Cod (what varieties?)
Pearl perch
Trag
wrasse (what varieties)
pelagics (what varieties)

Add your species to the list - keep them coming as I want to make sure I cover all those commonly caught between the Sunshine Coast to the Tweed boarder.

Maybe anglers from other areas could put a list for their commonly caught species.

Webby has concentrated on species caught inside Moreton Bay - I'd also like species caught offshore between the Sunshine Coast and the Tweed boarder.

Keep them coming.
