Had all my rods sitting at the front door last night ready for today, including my jig baits. Big CRASH in the middle of the night, got up and put all my rods back against the wall.

Found the kitten running around the house this morning with this in its lip. Thank fully not in its mouth.

Bungie
Feed him a bit of large cobia, he will be right in no time.
Another species on soft plastics.
Getting him to hold still for the extraction would have been fun.

Very much like the time I was camped on a Whitsunday Beach, left a little bait ( Yes, some of us still use that stuff ), and a bloody great sand Goanna decided he'd have a chomp.

Funny sight, me fighting a Goanna on the beach, took heaps of drag, but managed to get him to the net and remove hooks.

Edit by Gazza 17/12 ;)
Hi Bungie ,i'll bite #:o ........(and try not to cause a shitfite #;) )
Mate ,as the line is 'still attached' ,about 40lb.? ,how could the line 'break' ,at the swivel? ,chewed thru it? ,as it would surely drag the rod around?
(maybe it was a 20kg feral?)
Interesting web picture to "be used" anyways. #::)

Gaza, Look at your bait jigs. They tie the hook line to the main line, it seperated there.
Heres the full photo, I croped it to get the hook in my cats mouth, the ugly mute in the shot is me :)

Good fun on light line but can be a prick of a thing to fillet.

Cheers, Clutter
