Chat Board Updates

Have just made a few changes to the chat boards

1. The cursor no longer follows the mouse from input filed to input field.

2. Pictures can now be added attatched using the quick reply section. No need to go to the full reply option just to post an attachmnet with your reply.

3. Pictures attached to a post can be now be deleted or replaced with a new one using the Modify Post option.

mate all u need now is the "click this box for notification by email"
box added and there would be no need to do reply the long way
