Just read a artical in my lastest fly mag about no jet ski and no motoring zones, even idle only zones in areas also idle only all the way up all creeks :o,there are 27 sites at the mommant, its also for bald eagle and rookeries buffer zone as well.

It has been set up by boaties ,recfishers ,guides ,commercial ,
and enviromental scientists all groups have worked together to attack a big problom head on :o :o :o may be this is or could be a sign of things to come for us all ,they belive that a quite habitate lets all parts of the food chain to do and maintain its natual thing, some preditors need to hear there prey ,seagrass is taken more seriously, thats why the no motor zone,no props chewing up the grass beds on the flats, you can still fish there you just have to idle or pole or wade there thats all.

All the guides are happy no jet skis no spooked fish on the flats ,as a guide pointed out they were at witts end with the jet skis and told athorities that they would that matters in to there own hands ,so something was done :o,may be us aussies should follow suit ;) ;)Cheers.
