It isn't going to be much of a hazard. That one burnt to the water line, would make it about 300mm high :-X

Sorry I don't know anything more about it other than what the Notice to Mariners says.
Maybe someone up that way could run over the GPS mark and tell us what's down there.

ill do it this week sometime if i get the chance. going by my gps it is south of rapers but west of the 12 mile.. so im guessing pretty close to the NW fairway marker bouy?
