Looks to me like a Dwarf Marshmellow Fish..
Scientific name: UglyuglyFatfish BeatenwithaFuglyStick

honestly i wouldnt know tho.. but it looks like some kind of deep sea ocean swelling fish from 150+ meters or below.. going by the skin, the extremely large dark eyes for low level light.. and.. the sucker looking things at the base towards the fins. that could be used like a remoras sucker on its forehead (who said it cant give head?) to anchor itself to some rocks in strong under water currents

Mate, i'd agree with tim, yeah its one of those Ugliest Nastiscary Did you catch that fish in waters surrounding the UK??? If you did, well, quite honestly i couldnt give a rats ass what it is. One of my lecturers at University is a fisheries Biologist, and he has a bit of a pommy accent, if you really want to know what it is i'll find out for you, he might even get a hard on when i show him this picture. let me know by replying to this message if you want me to find out what the hell it is.

It bears a strong resemblance to my mother-in-law

or maybe one of Ashley's TLD 20 2Speeds?

What a burden for such a wee fishy!

looks like it ran up the asse of a huge truck what an ugly bloody fish you couldnt even use it as a live bait as it would scare the crap out of any fish that may come near it
